Most terms violations don't block withdrawals. However, if we detect fraud, account misuse or breach of payment rules, we may freeze your account pending investigation. We'll notify you of the hold and the reason within 24 hours.

Each payment method has its own processor and security protocol. Our terms require you to use funds you own legitimately. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your lobby wallet, except in cases of technical error or unauthorized access.

Access depends on local law. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. We verify identity via government ID during registration. Accounts opened with false information are subject to closure and forfeiture of funds.
